ÀÚµ¿Â÷»ê¾÷¿¡¼­ ºÎÇ°Çù·Â¾÷üÀÇ ¿ªÇÒÀº ³¯·Î ±× Á߿伺ÀÌ ´õÇØ°¡°í ÀÖ´Ù. ÀÌ¿¡ º» ³í¹®Àº Çѱ¹ ÀÚµ¿Â÷»ê¾÷ÀÇ ºÎÇ°°ø±Þ°ü°è¿¡¼­ ºÎÇ°Çù·Â¾÷üµéÀ» À§ÇÑ ¼º°øÀûÀÎ ÇÙ½É °ø±Þ°üÇàÀ» ±Ô¸íÇÏ°íÀÚ Çѱ¹ÀÇ 3´ë ÀÚµ¿Â÷ȸ»çµéÀÇ ºÎÇ°Çù·Â¾÷üµéÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ½ÇÁõºÐ¼®À» ÇÏ¿´´Ù. º» ¿¬±¸°á°ú¿¡ ÀÇÇϸé Çѱ¹ ÀÚµ¿Â÷»ê¾÷¿¡¼­ ºÎÇ°Çù·Â¾÷üÀÇ »ý»ê¼º°ú Çâ»óÀ» À§ÇÑ ÁÖ¿ä °ø±Þ°üÇàµéÀº ¿Ï¼ºÂ÷ Á¦Á¶¾÷ü¿Í ºÎÇ°Çù·Â¾÷ü »óÈ£°£ Á¤º¸Åë½Å±â¼úÀÇ À̿뺸´Ù´Â »óÈ£ ½Å·Ú¿Í Çù·ÂÀû ºÐÀ§±â ±×¸®°í ºÎÇ°Çù·Â¾÷üÀÇ Àû½Ã°ø±Þ ½ÃÇàÀÓÀÌ ¹àÇôÁ³´Ù. Áï »óÈ£ Çù·ÂÀ» ¹ÙÅÁÀ¸·Î Àû½Ã°ø±ÞÀ» Àß ½ÃÇàÇÏ°í ÀÖ´Â ºÎÇ°Çù·Â¾÷ü°¡ ±×·¸Áö ¾ÊÀº ºÎÇ°Çù·Â¾÷üµé º¸´Ù ´õ ÁÁÀº »ý»ê¼º°ú¸¦ ´Þ¼ºÇÏ°í ÀÖ´Ù´Â ÀǹÌÀÌ´Ù.

Abstract

In recent years, there has been growing interest among academics and practitioners in improving the relationship between industrial buyers and suppliers in Korea. This is especially true in the auto industry, where suppliers' manufacturing performance influences the quality of the automobiles assembled by motor companies.
The results of this study provide some important implications for managers of both buyers and suppliers of the Korean auto industry. In this study it is found that trust and cooperation are very important to achieve manufacturing performance of suppliers. In addition, JIT supply is identified as very important in improving the manufacturing performance of suppliers. Generally, JIT practices require cooperation and trust between suppliers and buyers. Thus, of all supply practices, trust and cooperation are most critical to improve suppliers' performances. In conclusion, JIT¥± would be the best supply practices because it includes not only JIT supply practices but also inter-organizational information sharing practices based on trust and cooperation.

ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ È¯°æ¿¡¼­´Â ºÎÇ°Çù·Â¾÷ü´Â ¹°·Ð ºÎÇ°Çù·Â¾÷ü·ÎºÎÅÍ ºÎÇ°À» °ø±Þ¹Þ´Â ¼ö¿ä±â¾÷µµ ±Û·Î¹ú°æÀï¿¡¼­ »ýÁ¸Çϱ⠾î·Æ´Ù.
Çѱ¹ ÀÚµ¿Â÷»ê¾÷Àº ÇöÀç »ý»êÁõ°¡À²(¼ºÀå·ü)Àº ³ô´Ù. ±×·¯³ª ÀÌ´Â ¸ÅÃâ¾×ÀÌ ½ÅÀåµÇ±â ¶§¹®º¸´Ù´Â »ý»êÀηÂÀÇ °¨¼Ò³ª ½Ã¼³¡¤¼³ºñ µîÀÇ °¡µ¿ÁßÁö°¡ ¾î·Á¿ö »ý»êÀ» °è¼ÓÇϱ⠶§¹®À̸ç, ¼öÃâ°¨¼Ò¿Í Àç°íÁõ°¡¿¡ µû¸¥ ä»ê¼º¾ÇÈ­·Î ±Ø½ÉÇÑ ºÒȲÀ» ¹þ¾î³ªÁö ¸øÇÏ°í ÀÖ´Ù(¸ÅÀÏ°æÁ¦½Å¹®, 1996. 10. 31). ¶ÇÇÑ Çѱ¹ ÀÚµ¿Â÷ȸ»ç°¡ ±× µ¿¾È ¹Ì±¹ ¹× ÀϺ»º¸´Ù °¡°Ý°æÀï·ÂÀÌ ¿ùµîÇß´ø °ÍÀº ÀúÀÓ±Ý ¶§¹®À̾úÀ¸³ª, ¹Ý¸é¿¡ Ç°ÁúÀ̳ª »ý»ê¼ºÀº ¿­µîÇÑ °ÍÀ¸·Î ºÐ¼®µÇ¾ú´Ù.


<±×¸² 1>Àº Çѱ¹°ú ÀϺ» ÀÚµ¿Â÷»ê¾÷ÀÇ ¸í¸ñÀÓ±Ý, ±Ù·ÎÀÚ 1ÀÎ´ç »ý»ê´ë¼ö ¹× ¿ù Æò±Õ ±Ù·Î½Ã°£À» ³ªÅ¸³½ °ÍÀÌ´Ù. <±×¸² 1>¿¡ ÀÇÇϸé Çѱ¹ ÀÚµ¿Â÷»ê¾÷ÀÇ ½Ã°£´ç ÀÓ±ÝÀÌ ¾à 9´Þ·¯·Î ÀϺ»ÀÇ 27´Þ·¯º¸´Ù ¸¹ÀÌ ³·±â´Â ÇÏÁö¸¸ »ý»ê¼ºÀÌ Å©°Ô µÚÁö°í ÀÖ´Ù. Áï Çѱ¹Àº Á¾¾÷¿ø 1ÀÎ´ç ¿¬°£ »ý»ê´ë¼ö°¡ 20´ë·Î ÀϺ»(40´ë)ÀÇ Àý¹Ý ¼öÁØÀÌ´Ù. µû¶ó¼­ »ý»ê¼ºÀ» °¨¾ÈÇÒ °æ¿ì Çѱ¹ ÀÚµ¿Â÷»ê¾÷ÀÇ ½Ã°£´ç ÀÓ±ÝÀº 18´Þ·¯·Î ´Ã¾î³­´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ Çѱ¹Àº Á¾¾÷¿ø 1ÀÎ´ç ¿ù Æò±Õ ±Ù·Î½Ã°£ÀÌ 245½Ã°£À¸·Î ÀϺ»ÀÇ 167½Ã°£¿¡ ºñÇØ ¾à 1.5¹è ±æ´Ù. Áï ±Ù·Î½Ã°£°ú »ý»ê¼ºÀ» °¨¾ÈÇÒ ¶§ Çѱ¹ ÀÚµ¿Â÷ȸ»ç°¡ ÁöÃâÇÏ´Â ÀÓ±ÝÀº ÀϺ»À» ±âÁØÀ¸·Î ¾à 26.4´Þ·¯¿¡ ´ÞÇØ ÀϺ»ÀÇ 27´Þ·¯¿Í °ÅÀÇ ºñ½ÁÇÏ´Ù(Áß¾ÓÀϺ¸, 1996. 10. 24).
